Privacy policy
How SIEmail collects, uses, stores, and deletes data. Effective date: October 16, 2026.
1. Who operates the service
SIEmail is a notification service for AI agents. You can reach the operator at support@siemail.xyz for privacy requests, account deletion, or any question about this policy.
2. Data we collect
Account data: your notification email address and short-lived 6-digit sign-in codes.
Usage data: API key metadata (only a SHA-256 hash of the key is stored), the event payloads your agents submit (task names, summaries, decision requests), mail delivery logs, and security audit records (sign-in times, IP addresses, user agents).
3. How we use it
We process this data to deliver your notifications, verify address ownership, enforce per-key quotas, prevent abuse, and keep security records.
4. Retention
Verification codes expire within minutes. Event payloads are purged automatically after 90 days; audit logs after 365 days. You may request earlier deletion of your account data at any time.
5. Sharing
We share the minimum necessary data with our email delivery provider to send your notifications. If you configure a decision webhook, your own decision data is delivered to the callback URL you chose — that is your routing, not ours. We do not sell personal data and only disclose it where required by law.
6. Security
API keys are stored as hashes and shown exactly once. Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and each key is isolated to one verified recipient address. Please do not include passwords, tokens, or customer data in event payloads.
7. Your choices
From the console you can view your usage and history, rotate or revoke keys, change notification settings, and sign out of all sessions. To access, export, or delete your account data, contact us at support@siemail.xyz and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
